In individual therapy we spend time exploring your challenges and your strengths we join forces to support changes in your desired areas. In our sessions I will ask you about the issues you are dealing with and we will decide together what we want to focus on.

I am committed to supporting you in reaching your full potential. It’s okay if you’re not where you want to be yet — your life is a work in progress! I believe that you have the capability and strength to achieve your goals, and I am here to help.

Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes, weekly.

How often do we need to meet?

I generally suggest weekly meetings because they allow us the time needed for us to connect, and the opportunity for meaningful change. We can discuss if it would be helpful to increase the length of the session or the frequency of meetings.

What’s the first meeting like?
